The weldable rebar coupler is the steel bar connecting sleeve between rigid steel columns, which is used for the steel bar connection construction between large steel columns and frame beams.

1. The weldable rebar coupler is made of No. 45 high-quality carbon structural steel, it has some advantages like reasonable design, advanced technology, high dimensional accuracy and reliable connection quality.

 2. The basic parameters of weldable rebar coupler are designed according to the strength requirements of HRB500 steel bars, which are applicable to HRB335, HRB400, and HRB500 rebars.

 3. The performance indicators of the weldable rebar coupler have been tested by the "National Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center", and all meet the requirements of "I" level joints in JGJ107-2016.

 4. The specifications of weldable rebar coupler match the diameter of the connected steel bar, and they are divided into ten specifications: φ16mm, φ18mm, φ20mm, φ22mm, φ25mm, φ28mm, φ32mm, φ36mm, φ40mm.
