When it comes to securing   rebar connection sleeve   fasteners, there are four main methods that are commonly used: friction prevention, mechanical prevention, riveting prevention, and structural prevention. Friction prevention is a widely used method that involves creating a constant pressure within the threaded joint, preventing it from loosening due to external forces. This pressure can be achieved by using methods such as elastic washers, rebar connection sleeves, self-locking nuts, and nylon insert lock nuts. While this method allows for easy disassembly of nuts, it may lead to loosening and failure of the threaded joint under impact, vibration, or varying loads over time. Mechanical prevention involves directly limiting the relative rotation of the threaded joint using devices like cotter pins, wire ropes, and locking washers.
