Why are Reverse Threads Used in Rebar Couplers

Reverse threads are used in   rebar couplers   to ensure that the connection remains tight and prevents the heads from loosening or falling off. Reverse thread couplers are suitable for positions where the rebar cannot rotate, and left and right-handed thread couplers can be used for the connection. In this type of connection, one end of the coupler and the corresponding rebar thread are both processed with left-hand threads. When connecting, the left and right-handed thread heads correspond to the left and right-handed threads of the coupler, and rotating the coupler will bring the rebar ends closer and screw them into the connection, allowing for a quick and convenient connection.
