Causes: 

1. The specifications of raw materials are not accurate, and the feeding speed is too slow.

2. Raw materials are bent and not straightened before processing.

4. Operators do not process according to engineering drawings.  


Solutions:

1. Adjust raw material specifications and models, and pre-feed appropriate amount.

2. Straighten the round bend steel before cutting the raw material.

3. Check the mechanical equipment, and check the taper of rough diameter after processing.

4. Strengthen the technical training of staff, and improve the level of quality inspection.
